Big brother is really very appetizing. My two friends also applied to Columbia University with me, and their results were released at the end of April. However, there has been no news of my results, and I had no choice but to pay a deposit to JHU. The school official also sent an email saying that they would announce all the results before mid May. Even though I repeatedly sent emails to the school official, my results were not released until May 20th. Apart from feeling anxious, my heart was more regretful. After I gave up my older brother’s college and accepted the fact that I was going to JHU for graduate studies, he sent me an admission letter almost at the end of May. At that time, I felt like I had gone through a dead end and was pulled by heaven before I died. I wish everyone can wait for the result they want and never give up until the last moment.
